Personal data that we process

PMU Cosmetics processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

For what purpose and on what basis do we process the personal data

 

PMU Cosmetics processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • PMU Cosmetics is legally obliged, on the basis of the Commodities Act Decree on tattooing, drawn up by the National Center for Hygiene and Safety and the GGD permit granted, to inquire about specific data about your health via the informed consent. With this informed consent you declare that you have been informed about the risks that exist with regard to applying permanent make-up in combination with any conditions that relate to your health. The PMU Cosmetics also offers the opportunity to assess whether there is a contraindication that prevents you from having permanent make-up applied.

  • To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to carry out our services, such as possibly moving appointments.

  • Offer you the opportunity to create an account, so that you can schedule appointments yourself via our online agenda.

  • Sending our newsletter and/or advertising brochure.

 

Automated decision making

PMU Cosmetics does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that may have consequences for people. The informed consent is completed by you in writing at the first appointment and is kept in a locked fireproof cabinet. The special or sensitive data about your health is therefore not stored in an automated system. Your personal data, such as your name and telephone number, are stored in our automated Sarasalonsoft system, so that your appointments can be noted in the system.

 

How long we keep personal data

PMU Cosmetics retains your personal data as long as you are a customer of PMU Cosmetics. If you decide that you no longer want to be a customer, we will delete your data at your request. If you have not been back for follow-up treatment for five years, we will delete and destroy your data.

Sharing personal data with third parties

PMU Cosmetics only gives access to the GGD in informed consents, if the GGD asks for this during a GGD inspection. The GGD does not collect this data, the GGD only checks whether the correct information is provided and whether the correct questions are asked regarding your health. The latter is to check whether, on the basis of correct information collection, it is assessed whether there are increased risks or contraindications with regard to having permanent make-up applied.

 

Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use

PMU Cosmetics only uses technical and functional cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly. You can opt out of cookies by setting your internet browser so that it no longer stores cookies. In addition, you can also delete all information previously saved via the settings of your browser.

 

View, modify or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by PMU Cosmetics and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@pmucosmetics.nl To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks. PMU Cosmetics takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes.
